St. Mary's Community Foundation

 The St. Mary’s Community Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a non-profit charitable Trust established in 2007 by the Parish Priest and the Parish Council of St. Mary’s Community Hampton from a bequest of a former parishioner, the late Leo O’Brien.

The Trustee of the Foundation is SMCF Pty Ltd, a company that is independently responsible in accordance with the Deed of Trust that governs the Foundation for how the capital of the Trust is applied and how earnings are distributed.

​

The Directors of the trustee company meet on a regular basis to ensure that the Foundations’ primary objective of providing financial assistance to nominated beneficiaries within our community, and to assist people in need, is implemented.  

 

The Foundation continues each year to make charitable disbursements and is constantly seeking further opportunities to assist the community.

 

The Directors of SMCF Pty Ltd are all active members of the St. Mary's Community and are happy to answer any questions about the Foundation and to assist with potential grant applications.
